Eyepoppers, a well-known event management company in Portugal, is organizing a concert featuring Adrian Pradhan, one of the most popular and versatile vocalist, composer, and songwriter of Nepali music. The concert will take place on Monday, October 30, 2023, at LAV – Lisboa ao Vivo, a vibrant venue for live music in Lisbon. The concert is expected to be a grand success and will showcase some of Adrian Pradhan’s most popular songs from his illustrious career spanning over two decades.
Adrian Pradhan was born and raised in Kalimpong, West Bengal, India. He joined 1974 AD in 1994 as a pianist and later became the frontman of the band along with fellow guitarist Phiroj Shyangden. He left the band in 2015 and pursued a solo career, releasing several albums and collaborating with other artists. He reunited with 1974 AD in 2019 and has been touring with them since then.
1974 AD is one of Nepal’s most successful rock bands, formed in Kathmandu in 1994. The band has released several hit albums over the years and has performed at numerous concerts and festivals around the world.
The concert in Lisbon will also feature local bands and local DJs playing along with Adrian Pradhan for the night. The Harmonicks, a local band, will join Adrian Pradhan on the stage. Renegade, another local band, will also give their performance on the stage. MC Udaan will give his solo performance and DJ Farray and DJ Chetan will host the after-party.
The concert is a rare opportunity for all music lovers to experience the magic of Nepali music. Adrian Pradhan will be playing his greatest hits and some songs from the band itself such as Hindda Hinddai, Nasamjha, Khairo Khairo, Pinjadako Suga, Namari Baachey, Nabhana, Saathee, Sambodhan, and so on.
